We operate from Hong Kong and Bangkok and comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong.

When you use our Instant Estimate Calculator or contact us, we collect: your name, email address or WhatsApp number, company name, project scope details (service type, add-ons, estimated budget), and any additional notes you provide. We also collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, referral source, and approximate location.

We use your data to: respond to your inquiry and provide project quotes, deliver contracted services, send project updates and communications, improve our services and website, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized team members on a need-to-know basis. We use TLS encryption for data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Our systems undergo regular security reviews.

We use minimal cookies for analytics (understanding site usage) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure: cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS), CDN (Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics), and email delivery. Each provider has their own privacy policy and data protection standards. We only share data necessary for service delivery.

Project inquiry data is retained for 24 months after last contact. Contracted project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

As a dual-hub operation, data may be transferred between Hong Kong and Bangkok. Both jurisdictions are assessed for adequate data protection. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
